2020 changed the landscape of weddings as we know it. Thankfully, couples have found ways to be creative while still celebrating their love. I wanted to reflect on how some of those changes have been such positives. (Gotta find the silver lining, even when it feels next to impossible!) So here are some of my personal favorite things about elopements + minimonies that I hope are here to stay!

Michaela + AJ tied the knot on April 28, 2019 and it was such a stunning spring wedding! These two even had a personalized stone added to their wedding venue’s walkway, which is such a special way to commemorate their big day. From the sweet ceremony to the totally fun reception, this day was full of love and celebration. Congrats to this happy couple, and cheers to your life in wedded bliss!

Anna + Aaron had a Cinco de Mayo wedding that was full of color and vibrance! Though they got married on a holiday, this day was ALL about the newlyweds and their love for each other. And just like their color palette, these two were so much fun and full of life! The whole day was a massive celebration, and the reception continued the party through the night. Congrats to the happy couple! I hope every Cinco de Mayo is a reminder of your amazing wedding!
