Everything You Need to Know About Boudoir Photography

So, you may have been brought to this page because you saw Boudoir on my ABP Instagram, or on my new Boudoir-specific IG account! Either way, I’m here to answer all your burning questions about Boudoir sessions, including what to expect at a session and why you should consider one! Let’s get started!

What is Boudoir Photography?

Simply put, it’s a way to celebrate yourself, your confidence, and your body! It’s all about getting dolled up in your sexiest getup, working with your photographer to strike the best poses, and feeling liberated in your own skin! Every client or couple I’ve done a Boudoir session with (yes I have worked with couples!) has said they enjoyed their photos and how the afternoon boosted their confidence!

Why Boudoir Photography?

Sometimes these clients want to capture a moment in time, celebrate their bodies, or even gift these photos for a special occasion to their S.O.! The choice is yours, whether you want a session or not! But I’ve had anyone from brides-to-be wanting to surprise their future spouse to someone treating themselves to a shoot for their birthday. My whole focus has always been on capturing people’s best moments, and giving them memories to last a lifetime!

What Does It Include?

On occasion, I will do a Boudoir Marathon, which has been very popular! For any Boudoir session not included in a Marathon, I offer different packages, which allows a little more flexibility for certain needs and budgets. What they all include, though, is:

A private shooting space
1-2 hours of photography
Between 2-5 different looks/outfits
Digital gallery with high-resolution images
Option to order professional prints + products
Personal print release

Other packages do provide other bonuses, such as Polaroids, an 8x8 album, and professional hair and makeup
